Astra Prospects was born out of a personal frustration with how hard it is for African students to find and access quality scholarship information. Having seen talented peers miss transformational opportunities simply because they didn't know where to look, the founder set out to build the tool they wished had existed.
The platform combines modern web technology, WhatsApp integration, and automated data collection to create something that works at African scale — fast, free, and accessible on any device.
What Drives Us
Every design decision starts with the question: "Will this work for a student in Lagos or Nairobi on a basic Android phone with limited data?" If not, we rethink it.
