UX/UI Designer Intern – X Delivery
What You’ll Do

Your role will be instrumental in sculpting extraordinary user experiences across a diverse array of intricate products, in collaboration with fellow designers, developers, data scientists and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess the adeptness to be able to take a design all the way from concept into polished high-fidelity mock-ups that seamlessly address the demands of both the business and the end user.
Responsibilities:
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deconstruct stakeholder problems and utilize visual skills to propose adequate solutions.
- Value and apply existing customer insights from research to guide design decisions, while also initiating and supporting research efforts with partners.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of, and the ability to apply, common visual and interaction design principles and practices, from initial sketching through wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Clearly frame problems and opportunities through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, along with customer and stakeholder perspectives.
- Propose creative visual communications to streamline research messages to teams and stakeholders, such as user journeys, personas, and systemic maps.
- Triangulate stakeholder vision, user insights, and team discussion inputs, integrating these insights into relevant design propositions.
- Facilitate ideation sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Effectively and appropriately use design systems, understanding the differences and similarities between various design systems/platforms.
- Test and iterate on physical and digital designs with stakeholders and users.
- Create routine, informative communication materials to explain the rationale behind design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and content designers to solve customer problems using an agile approach.
- Understand and incorporate feasibility, viability, and strategic stakeholder constraints into designs.
- Collect, process, and act on design feedback constructively.
- Effectively use design, ideation, testing, and other tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Dovetail, testing tools).
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in designing B2B and B2C products demonstrated through a portfolio that highlights your visual capabilities and UX/UI design perspective.
- Proficiency in using Figma as the primary tool for creating experiences.
- Extensive experience in developing wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for developer implementation.
- Skilled in design thinking to identify issues and devise creative solutions by fully understanding user objectives, pain points, and tasks.
- Collaborative and practical, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills; open to mentoring and guiding others.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a related design field is preferred.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, ready to tackle diverse user and stakeholder challenges.
- Proficiency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of French is highly valued.
