4. Candidate Responsibilities
By using the Astra Prospects Job Board as a candidate, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself, including your qualifications, experience, and skills.
- You will not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or employment history.

5. Employer Responsibilities

9. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

10. Termination

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Astra Prospects does not guarantee that candidates will be hired or that employers will find suitable candidates through the Job Board.
- Astra Prospects is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of job postings or resumes.
- Astra Prospects is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Job Board.
- Astra Prospects makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or security of the platform.
12. Indemnification
By using the Astra Prospects Job Board, candidates and employers agree to indemnify and hold Astra Prospects, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
