4. Candidate Responsibilities

• You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself, including your qualifications, experience, and skills.

9. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Astra Prospects is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of job postings or resumes.
• Astra Prospects is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Job Board.
• Astra Prospects makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or security of the platform.

12. Indemnification

By using the Astra Prospects Job Board, candidates and employers agree to indemnify and hold Astra Prospects, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
